Once registered, no refunds will be issued. However, we will gladly honor your reservation payment toward a future Masterclass.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: Refer to the agenda to plan your travels accordingly. You must remain in the class for its entirety, complete a knowledge test and survey each day in order to receive CE and certification. Any early departures will not qualify for CE credits or certificates.

Pre-Requisite to Attend Masterclass
The content within the Acoustic Wave/ Shockwave Masterclass is intended for those with a basic mechanical and anatomical understanding associated with acoustic wave/shockwave therapy. In order to ensure all participants have met this minimum knowledge requirement, the Introduction to Acoustic Wave/Shockwave online course found here.
The online course must be completed within two weeks of class start date in order to attend. If you have any questions, please email contact@theshockwaveacademy.com. As noted, no refunds will be issued if prerequisites are not met. You can apply the credit toward a future masterclass at a later date.
