HOTEL Reservation

Upon completion of your registration, be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will have a link for you to BOOK directly with the hotel IN OUR ROOM BLOCK. The deadline to book with our special discounted rates is October 22, 2022. 

FLIGHT and transport

transportation to and from the resort will be provided. once you are registered for the event, please move forward with booking your travel. deadline to book your flights will be september 15th. we will have a follow up communication asking you for your itineraries so we can coordinate ground transportation.
