Name
The New Psychology of the Attendee Experience
Date & Time
Monday, May 3, 2021
Speakers

Description
Experience maps and operational plans have for a very long time touted themselves as
“attendee-centric.” However, that definition – of being about the attendee – has truly
been updated in the COVID era. If we can see what has shifted and where attendees
currently are from a psychological perspective, we can improve how we not only
design our experiences for safety, but how we execute on them once on site.
Learner Objectives:
• Improve your event communication plan to accommodate a wide variety of
attendee mind sets
• Create a more unified extended team approach to safe execution and build
attendee confidence
• Avoid or de-escalate potentially difficult situations with attendees
